Buyers Agent Responsibilites

My buyers agent sent me an offer on my home stating that it was a great offer and that we should get going on it right away.
He did not point out a major consesion that was written into the contract and I missed it during my review. What responsibilites do buyers agent have relative to pointing out major consessions? Am I stuck with this or can I push back on my agent leagally?
