General Description of Real Estate
The word Real Estate is made out of two different words i.e. Real and Estate. Where, word Real deals with reality, it simply means property which is real in nature and word Estate deals with right or interest.
Real Property is one which can be found and touched by anyone in the right location. It includes the land and anything affixed to it, incorporating man made augmentation and natural resources in form of minerals or water, crops, motionless property of same nature.
All together Real Estate is an area i.e. area of developed land or territory and all physical property associated with it may be commercial, residential, industrial, plot, amusement park or even a water body which have physical appearance and can be touched and seen with all rights and ownership to the air above and earth below the property.
The real estate market in Europe and North America has reached their maturity stage. Emerging markets like India and china have become the new invest hot spots. Much number of international giants has entered the Indian Real Estate market and many more have revealed curiosity. Accommodation has become easier and comfortable in recent years across all states of India and Australia. Expansion and investment have furthermore produced opening for investment in real estate sector.
The Real estate industry in India holds its independent share in Indian economy. The real estate segment in India has the competence to deal with enlargement of country devoid of straining any resources of government. However, the concerned area is that most of the real estate developers are exceedingly restricted to the metropolitan and sub-metropolitan regions. And, on the other hand few of smart developers in the city are penetrating in niche market as well and they have the potential to drive in the niche class and deliver excellent development even in the niche market.
“Developments in the Indian real estate sector symbolize the changing face of nation and it is a reflection of the growth in the Indian economy brought about by high rates of GDP and also by India's integration with the global economy”, said Kamal Nath, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry.
"While the role of the Government is expected to be primarily as a facilitator to the development process, the private sector participation is aimed at bringing technical and managerial expertise in delivering good quality mass housing projects. It is a good sign that many State governments are joining hands with private entrepreneurs in resolving the acute scarcity of residential real estate in urban areas. The private sector and Government has to work in tandem towards a common goal. It is equally important to address the institutional and regulatory aspects as well as strengthen and expand the capacity of financing institutions for further growth of the sector," Nath said.
How real estate has expanded itself in Indian economy can be easily explained with help of short study. Under this study we will build an effort to hit upon the origin and consequences of this expansion and all at once analyze the variety of employment panoramas that the surge has thrown open to the Indians.
A Closer view of Real Estate Development:
Since the last few years it has been observed that interested prospects of the real estate sector have increased from 35 percent to more than 60 percent. Apparently, there can be number of reasons for this kind of progress and change in demand of properties. Prime reason for such changes is IT sector; many IT companies have come up with numerous jobs vacancies and openings in the metro cities. This change has persuaded many of office personnel’s to move in to these metro cities. Another reason for same can be, the middle age of buyers of commercial and residential property buyers has plunged between 28 years to 38 years a time before. Both of the above reason has prominently enhanced the integer of first time home buyers and ensure guarantee buying employees personal property even if his/ her occupation is extremely susceptible to relocations.
Metro phase III will definitely lead a positive impact on real estate property in upcoming future. Investors are going to reap great returns on investment just because of this single project. Rental price of these regions too would be appreciated by 25%.

If we believe on sources “Wave Inc. is a big player of India market who has diversified them into real estate sector and has the potential to compete with prevailing real estate giants.” As of now wave group is on growing stage let’s see how promising this real estate giant is? As other of real estate developers have good hold in market and they too have amazing projects with latest features.
