March sales volume for homes in Campbell is 20.67% higher than March of last year.

So, what do you think? Is the worst over? Right now sales prices mirror sales prices of 2002-2003. How quick do you think the recovery will be? Will we get back to 2007 prices in the next 5 years?

Iím gonna show you how to keep all your dough in your pocket and not overpay Uncle Sam.
Iím gonna show you how to do a little tweak to your property and get an extra $450/unit/month/unit for as long as you own it.
Iím gonna help you refinance that klunker mortgage for a lower rate and no personal guarantees.
Or Iím gonna help you exchange your cash strapped duplex into 18 units that gross $90,000/year income.
