How Time Flies

It’s been a while since I’ve sat down and wrote a blog. I remember when I started my blogs I had so much free time, worked and that was about it. Now I am getting married next June and working full time and going to school part time. Life feels like it speeds up as you get older. I feel like I have very little free time, kind of a bummer really how fast time goes.
It’s a sunny summer Friday here in Madison Wisconsin. The last 6 weeks have been rough, we are in a drought and highs have been consistently in the 90’s even hitting 100 a few times. Yesterday and today we have been in the upper 70’s and low 80’s which is far more normal.
As I sit on the deck overlooking the woods I listen to the hum of the crickets, the bird’s are singing back and forth. There is a slight wind that gently sways the flowers back and forth. The cicadas go on and off like a symphony. The skies are blue and the air is light. This is what summer is all about.
The night will come to end and the moon will rise over the landscape. Before I know it I will be saying I do next June (2013) and life will be good! These blogs aren't as frequents but they will still come along when I have time.

Good to see you back to writing Josh! As always enjoy your point of view.
The older you get the quicker time flies. At least I have found that to be so.
