Adventures of Diamondgirl aka NOIHOFOUS

Posted 12-07-2012 at 02:02 PM by noihoforus

I am new to this bloging stuff and actually accidently posted to this blog the first time. I do not know if anyone is interested in reading about my adventures.....but here goes.

I just had a birthday. That being said....I look at my birthday like most people look at the New Year. A chance to reflect and figure out ones successes and failures....what one wants to change about themselves and what one wants to keep and continue with. For me...us.....my husband and myself....a move is in our near future. We have been diligently searching for the last two or three years. We have been all over the North West and have narrowed things down to three perspective places. Our biggest obstacle is weeding out and getting rid of all of the stuff we have accumulated in the last 25 years of living on property. John Lenon had it right about ones possessions possessing one. Once we get relocated to our future forever home I think I will become a minimalist. That being said it is time for me to go minimalize some of my possesions.....

Well I have decided to keep posting on my blog even though you critics have given me a BAD rating.....what the heck does that mean anyway....

I guess everyone thinks they are a critic. That being said....if you do not like it......just do not read it.

My current adventure is learning how to cook Thai food. I just ordered a new wok and utensils and downloaded a couple of e-cook books. I love the curry dishes and stir fry pepper and garlic dishes that the Thai eat. I especially love the use of basil and keifer lime leaves for seasoning. If any of you have any good recipes you wish to share please do so.
