1. Worked for Pres. & VP of national territorial offices of different companies; run the Eastern Regional Office of a national floor care manufacturer; etc.

2. Editorial assistant to National Trade Magazine; moved on to proofread all literature and art from agency.

3. Employed as an Editor with various hats at a local newspaper.
Then Wrote guest columns for that paper, as well as other local papers; had a regular column in a larger area paper.

4. Years in Customer Service industry qualified me to write columns and teach classes on Customer Service; both to customers and business owners; even taught a class online for America Online.

5. Love of writing encouraged a decade of contract employment for different media publications, national & international, on various subjects.

6. Published author & writer, provided textbook content (including quizzes at end of chapter),

Tutor teens and ESL students; work with published poets and writers; assist with College Essay Entrance Exams and thesis papers (proofreading/editing)

7. More credentials, but enough to ensure someone I know what I'm talking about.
