Saturday's Menu

I'm hosting dinner for the group of women I meet with monthly to visit and work on our various projects. I decided on Italian, after one woman said she wanted spaghetti and she would make the meat balls. Here's the menu:
Wines:
Cabernet Sauvignon
Merlot
Pinot Noir
Antipasto:
- grape tomatoes with small mozzarella balls
- two different dry Italian salamis (hot and regular)
- marinated green olives and kalamata olives
- marinated, garlic mushrooms
- crusty bread with Italian seasoned dipping sauce
Dinner:
Spaghetti with marinara sauce
Garden Salad

Coconut ice cream topped with fresh pineapple, kiwi, red seedless grapes, and a Belgian Waffle buttercrisp cookie
