Things to do that don't involve heat and the outdoors (I can't swear that there won't be Asians, or women of other heritages that don't shave under their arms - that's not exclusively Asian, you know - at these places, though, and that seems to be your biggest gripe, and I can't tell from your post what you like to do):
Indoor Skydiving
Zach Theatre (was likely Zachary Scott Theatre when you were here before, don't know why they changed the name of a theatre that was name after a person)
Bob Bullock State History Museum
A Few Other Museums in Austin (I'm particularly fond of the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum, but you'd likely want to go to that in fall or spring given that you don't like the heat - it IS a garden)
Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center (again, go in spring or fall due to your heat aversion)
Paramount Theater (I've been to everything from old movies to musical concerts to lectures there)
Austin Nature Center
Ginny's Little Longhorn Saloon for Chicken **** Bingo
Hill Country Flyer
Peter Pan Mini Golf
That's in addition to, of course, movies, restaurants, and the innumerable festivals in the area, but I could be linking to things to do all day.
