Moving to Texas!!! Need advice!!!

Hello,
I'm a mother of 7!! Need to move back to Texas!! I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, but I DO NOT want to be move back there!!! I'm wanting advice for either Dallas or Houston??? I have been living in Las Vegas for the last 7 years..!! (The worst) I want my children to be back in Texas for simple living.. Affordable living... I want good school district?? My boys are young and like playing pee wee football??? I'm in the medical field!!! I want affordable homes?? Low crime??? Can anyone please help me?? Give me feedback it will be appreciated!!!
