Here in South Western Florida it is a season of change. There is a noticeable difference in the air. Breath deep....Yes! The fall is coming! Sure, since we are here on the Southern Gulf Coast we still have many, many typical days in the 80's and even 90's still ahead. However, you still can feel the change coming. A strong wind is blowing. It comes from all the snow birds that will soon be returning. In our real estate office the phones are ringing off the hook and inquiries are rolling in. While the economy is still so very far from perfect. It has improved enough to get people thinking about their first home or perhaps a new vacation home. Coupled with historically low interest rates and now you know why the phone is ringing off the hook! In most areas around here homes appreciated at quite a pace in the past year. Yes, there is still a way to go before we hit the record highs seen pre-2008 but the general feeling is we may be on our way. So know is a perfect time to buy into the home market or upgrade to your dream home!
