House prices in denver?

I personaly happen to know exactly where that is and yes its stupid busy at rush hour and I can see why those homes are less then desirable but that could mean a good deal if that location doesnt bother you. Though on aside note I do love those homes in that neighborhood sad to see them being replaced with mc mansions.
