When someone is depressed.. its not a case of the blues. They are in pain... so much pain that ending it seems like a viable solution. People don't kill themselves because they are sad.. they kill themselves because they are in pain.
When someone is addicted.... its not a case of lack of self control. They are in pain... and they seek to relieve it... they end up depending on it.
Trust me... nothing is more scary than when you feel compelled to end it.

Sometimes, even having one friend by your side is as good, if not better, an antidote for depression. Pain is one reason, but I don't believe it's the only one.Posted 09-12-2015 at 10:09 AM by Gurn350

I don't know who you are, or why you are reading this page. I only know that for the moment, you're reading it, and that is good. I can assume that you are here because you are troubled and considering ending your life. If it were possible, I would prefer to be there with you at this moment, to sit with you and talk, face to face and heart to heart.
