This short video is of interest to anyone who wants to sell a house they've inherited or someone who knows that their current home will be sold by their heirs.
One point I didn't make in the video is that if you have found your forever home and you know your heirs will be selling it after you pass on, please be sure your will is updated and your heirs know where to locate it.
