The community is maybe 1/3 complete. I recall being told they expected to be done 2018. That was 2 yrs ago. Still some single family's available and the rest towns. I'd recommend checking out the sales office and getting a better idea of what exactly is left. Otherwise the clubhouse and pool were finished last summer. Walking paths are being completed.
It's a nice quiet family neighborhood. I think the location is ideal for commuting, shopping, dining. Beltsville just got a new drive-thru Starbucks, which I'm happy about! The Konterra development seems to have some movement and it is right around the corner from the BrickYard. Looking forward to that. The area all around is picking up lots of steam, it was already thriving. Brickyard is kind of tucked in the middle of it all.
