Bad Experience with USAA

By the way, some of my family members have USAA for both banking and insurance and love it.
They were not security questions I submitted.
They were based on 'public information' gotten from whatever sources, probably the find-a-person websites.

USAA had no knowledge of how accurate the data was such as not knowing that I had sold a 2014 vehicle two years ago but asking about its license plate.

The point of the post was that their customer service just threw up his hands and had no idea what to do when this kind thing happens and no interest in seeing if there was a way to resolve this.
