Switching lottery apartments

It’s all about that log number sometimes and how many units available.

If you apply for a building that has 400 units and your log number is 492, there’s a good chance you will get an email. But if you apply for a building with only 70 units and your log number is 28,976, then you may not. Keep at it. I’ve been at this for 8 years. Lol
