Rain & sleep...

what is the deal there? Rain makes me so sleepy and lazy. It is draining. I know I would never survive in Seattle. How do people there do it? It has rained all day and I cannot stand it. Yet, when it is sunny, that is draining too. Should I be asking what is my deal?

    Maybe eat more veggies? Exercise more? We all have those "where did my energy go" days though...

    I feel the same way today. It's raining, overcast and chilly. I don't seem to have any energy on days like this.
