My Daily Life and Thoughts while in San Diego |
List of Best Posts
This blog is where I express myself to the world or at least to those who might stop by to read what I post
. Maybe God will use what I post (I am a Christian and this blog will have a most decidedly Christian bent to it) to good effect in the lives of my readers.
I may turn some of my posts into a book. I may cease blogging here altogether. Who knows. But for now..I am content to post away in this, my own little corner of the world.
Rather than reading through my now lengthy list of posts you may wish to read what I consider to be my very best posts or you can just read the posts that deal with a single subject category that might interest you.
Please know that I am open to any input on any topic I write about. If you have something to say about anything you see written here please....feel free to speak up in the form of leaving a comment or sending me a PM (private message).
And if you are in San Diego and wish to meet the one and only Carlos (that's me
)...drop me a private message. I always enjoy meeting one of my readers!
Thanks.
Carlos
PS. If you want to follow my blog such that you will get an email when I write new posts you can subscribe to my blog.

Time to stock up on bread and take photo's of our cash before it's gone!

It appears inevitable that a cashless society will shortly become a reality. With that will come more government control, less freedom, and less options on what to do with one's money. You can bank on that!

And there is a wheat fungus which threatens to destroy up to 80% of the wheat crop. Scientists are desperately rushing to produce new varieties of wheat that are resistant to this fungus but whatever success they are able to achieve it is certain that world wheat supplies will be diminished as this new fungus spreads.

So what is a reasonable person to do when faced with such things?
Well for one, those of us who can should start buying up wheat bread and deep freezing it. Seriously.
And as for a cashless society and the continuing slide of our freedoms into oblivion...well...not much except take lots of photos of our cash before it goes the way of the do do bird and becomes extinct.
Within a decade I venture to guess that the only place we will be able to see cash is in museums or in the hands of private coin collectors.
So take lots of photos to remember an era that will shortly disappear forever.
Oh...and it might be a good idea to get right with God. Yeah...that'd be good I think.
Given the Bible's dire predictions of end time calamities that might be a good thing to do.
For only God will be able to help us endure the things that are coming upon this world.
We are just now feeling the birth pangs of things that are a coming. Things are going to get much, much worse.
Not before they get better. Just worse.
Until Jesus returns for those who are His own.
