Can anyone tell about the community called ocala waterway estates? Demographics, quality of life, stucture of homes?
Crime etc... Saw a home I reaaly liked there but not familiar with this community. With much appreciation Sandy

Can anyone tell me about Lake City Fl
Weather, crime, shopping, anchor stores, taxes. well water/public water, floodzones, insurance premiums, sales/luxury taxes, what is Alligator Lake like?
No small children so school is not an issue
All info greatly appreciated Thanks Pals
