"Techno-rating" defined by some as the merger of technology and decorating...is this a trend or growing necessity...

We have all seen it a nice clean house with beautiful colors...a room with a mounted flat screen perfect for viewing the phillies run at another championship...and you just want to sit and watch when you trip over "it"....and there "it" is a proverbial rats nest of wires, cables, computers etc...that just perplexes any potential new homeonwer to say...what is all this...am I going to have to deal with this.
Although the above maybe a exagerated excerpt from a showing....most of us do have a growing frustration of mending todays new technology into our low tech homes. Trying to hide wires, or mount TVs, or organize the old computer desk with about 500 wires for every concievable device is just a daunting task. Couple this with task with trying to sell your home and you have what is at the heart of everyhomeowner...
a perplexing task that if its not complete to revel a crisp and neat home...I may not get that offer or an offer at the price I wanted.
Believe it or not, but mending technology into a home in a organized fashion (especially since most first time home buyers are under age of 38 and have grown up with a computer) can give and added push to your showing. Now I am not advocating that everyone run out and purchase a home theather system but I am simply pointing out from an agents perspective that...if you have some working technology in the home...maker sure that area is neatly organized to give an enhanced crispness to your home. And since most households have some assembly of technology... the old addeage applies if you have it and the other house don't...it may just seal the deal.
