The Sin of Pride

On our drive here to Cambria, NY we listened to a podcast from Reverend Hamilton, of Kansas City's UMC. As I listened, I realized that I, too, have been a little filled with myself. I've given unsolicited advice to others, when my own life was not exactly trouble free. I've thought myself more capable, better looking, and even smug when pretending to be attentive to others. OMG, have I got some work to do! 
On the other hand, thank God I could receive the message. I think I will look up Reverend Hamilton when we get to Kansas City. I like that guy.
