Here is a quick look at rentals in Summerlin. The chart covers both the period from May 1 to August 20, 2009 and the earlier rentals between January 1 and April 30.

Condos are only from the recent period.




Messages

Condos show little variability with size. $0.78 per SF will be close Nicer properties (Trailwood, Red Hills or townhouses) will go higher maybe 10 cents. Conversions and older maybe 5 cents less.

SFRs range pretty strongly from about $1.00 at 800SF to about $0.77 at 2000SF. Runs back up after that as you get into fancier homes.

Prices from first quarter to summer are down about 2 to 4%. .
