One valuable lesson, I learned over the weekend, is to NEVER meet people online ever again. They lie about themselves and are/can be boring folks.
I thought me and this person, I met on this stupid site, could be friends, but they decided to never come up here unless he was with his "friend" (yeah, right! More like a girlfriend already). I don't play that, okay. So, I'll never see him ever again, but that's just FINE with me. I'm cool with that.
Besides, since Saturday, at 6pm I went back with my husband. He is very understanding and such. So, I'm taken and this time for damn good....

sorry you had this experience. All the folks I have met in person after knowing them online have proven to be exactly as they represented themselves. But then, I am not looking for a date, just find friends with common interests, in the course of life -- as happens off line as well.Posted 07-30-2008 at 05:42 AM by starwalker
