ExeterTownship : what direction is Exeter Pa going ?

Exeter Township : walky ,talky ,stalky, bought out ,CPU ,mob haven, Industrial appendigture or what ?
I'm wondering in what direction is Exeter Township going. Is it, too close to the 60's mob torn Reading Pa or cashing in ,out or around or timely completing some sort of rational or sinister conclusion in this age of infromation.Does it need fresh investors to build a solarpark to keep up with the growing trend of low emison and electric cars that keep the air nice (while theres room to build such) or just choke it up with houses with airbags.
Statistics strongly suggest bad air and crime are coexistent.
