Meeting people in Bismarck, ND

So, I moved to Bismarck in August and I have struggled to meet people and find some friends since I travel a lot for my work.
However, I have tried some church groups and the Young Professionals chapter here but I've still had difficulties finding people like me - everyone seems to to have a group of friends already. However, I know this can't be true since Bismarck is booming and I know that there are plenty of young people in the area. Is there anyone out there like me? Suggestions for places to go to meet young people?
