Lung cancer healed with no medical intervention

Posted 10-26-2015 at 12:47 PM by Livelystone

On Dec 10 of last year I had some neck X-rays done at the VA trying to find the source of high levels of pain in my neck and right shoulder that were getting worse by the week. It was assumed the pain was connected to an unfortunate kite boarding incident on the beach that did not go well for me but for those who witnessed it (including one ER nurse spectator who was surprised when I got back up on my feet) thought I was very lucky to not have been killed.

Almost right after the X-rays were taken they called me back for a second set of pictures that I thought was odd but there were no ominous looks being given to me so I brushed the concern off and then went home. Later that afternoon the person in charge of my case in the orthopedic department called and told me I done very poorly in the X-Ray but was impressed because I was very active when she said most persons with spines in similar condition were either already in wheelchairs or using different types of mobility equipment.

She wanted to set up an return appointment but because I was planing a kiteboarding vacation to the Keys the follow up did not happen until the 29th. This is when they read me the radiologist's take on the X-Rays, and to say the least his words were very graphic. Turned out the spinal shots had revealed the upper 1/3 or so of both of my lungs that had so many tumors they appeared almost as a continuos mass rather than as "individual spots". The radiologists had said in his report they they had taken the second set of pictures to rule out any sort of "shadows" or anything that could suggest my condition was not as it appeared to be. During those days I had not felt any chest pains nor was I coughing, but was experiencing a lot of shortness of breath and had lost about 25 pounds in the last couple of months.

VA personal are not supposed to talk about God or religion but this particular nurse practitioner was an atheist although her brother was something in a AOG (Pentecostal) clergy. Her final conclusion was, because starting very soon I was going to have to face a lot of treatment trauma (she already had me scheduled to see a specialist the next day) I was not going to want to go through additional therapy with her department at the same time. So with a "if you make through whatever you have to do, if you still want us to look into your neck come on back" she then closed my case with the orthopedic department.

I was shocked at the report even though I was starting to be concerned about why I was loosing so much weight loss and how I was always exhausted. In addition to this what bothered me most was I had written a book a few years back that said rather plainly if Christians were in need of a healing miracle for anything like what I was suffering from and there was no one who could be depended upon to have God's attention for something so serious, it was because nobody was worshipping God correctly and God had turned His back on them just as He had the Jews.

It seemed to me as if Satan was laughing at me and I knew there would be a lot church clergy who had already denounced my book and myself with all sorts of insulting names and accusations, would soon be saying things like "this will teach him what happens when you mock God's chosen church and pastors". For sure with no family there would not be many tears shed or prayers made in my behalf. However, I did have one friend to call the following morning who could have just as easily written my book because we are of the same mind and on one accord with each other concerning the things of God including the all important foundations for the forming of the fulness Christ in us, our hope of glory as they appear listed in Heb.6:1-2.

After calling my friend and letting him know my condition and what was needed, it was my turn to pray. Nothing long or at all elaborate but that somehow when all was said and done that it glorify Him, and please do not let me to ever take back any of the things He had given me to write. I was at my mothers bedside every day while she died from liver and lung cancer after a life of worshipping Jesus everyday and she never smoked or drank. On the other hand, I had only stopped smoking a 1 1/2 years earlier after 40 years of it and drinking enough to kill a room full of people.

When I met my new doctor I informed him that either God would heal me or I would die because I was not about to take any of their cancer treatments, especially at my age (63 then ) after watching my mother go through them at 71. His reply was very curt and to the point that he was not going to offer any options or prognosis until he had seen a dedicated picture of all of my lungs and not just the upper parts that appeared on a neck X-ray. Off I went for a chest X-Ray where by this time I was getting pretty well known. Afterwards I was kept for hours while a string of important looking persons walked with my doctor in and out of his office before I was finally called in.

By this time I could tell by their behavior that a lot of the nurses were talking about me and I really wanted to just get out of there. So my new doctor points me to a chair and then pulls another chair up next to me and took his glasses off to wipe a tear away as he sits down, I am thinking "what the heck, cut the drama out and just let me go home" when he says to me; "all of the staff is in agreement with me and the radiologist, and we all stand by the accuracy of all the X-Rays of your lungs. He then went on to say how I was a likely candidate for cancer given my lifestyle and bad habits and may well have cancer at some point in my life, but as of now my lungs were completely cancer free less than three weeks after multiple X-rays proved otherwise........... Praise the Lord

I give the book away for free but this forum's rules as I understand them prohibit me posting any information of the book
.......... sorry.

PS, The reason for all of the pain was finally given a name a couple of weeks back and that name is "rheumatoid arthritis" that there is no cure for. Hopefully they will get a better handle on the pain because it is pretty extreme and the Lord told me last spring I was going to have to hang in there for another year, I do not know what exactly the plan is but I do expect a significant work of God being done before the year's time is used up sometime around next Passover
