This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Been canning up three bushels of tomatos..
Loved the taste of good home canned veggies.
I think she got 40 jars of tomatos, and the freezer is empty (partially), for those three turkeys she will be putting in there for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter!

I'm not a big ham, fan, so we have turkey every important holiday.

OK, we are going to have a cookout tomorrow, since its labor day, and we have our flag out for
patriotism and all that it encompasses.

Since my Wife got this recipe from the 'net about putting meat loaf into muffin pans and then dress them up with cooked peppers and potatoes on top as a neat looking muffin, and it tasted good too! I'm very skeptical about anything that's gotten from the Internet, but, sometimes, things do work as inferred.

Sure does look naked out there now, with the tree gone. We haven't yet gone out on the swing to enjoy the birds. Bought some more birdseed from Walmart and some of those greasy type the birds love. We freeze them first, so they are easier to handle.

OK, Law and Order is on so, gotta go

I wish you well...
