'm in a long distance relationship where physical touch is just not an option but it's my love language so I don't know what to do... My husband has been gone for 4 years now and we have another 2 years to go, it's a very long time for someone who has my love language to go without any physical touch or affection. I'm starting to feel neglected and lonely it's so frustrating and overwhelming but the situation is out of our control and there is nothing we can do about it, I feel bad because I know it's not my husbands fault, if he could be here with me he would be but it still doesn't stop me from feeling the way I do and it's killing me inside. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to stop feeling this way?? Should I tell my husband that I feel this way, there is nothing he can really do about it so I don't want him to feel bad.
