OpenSea NFTs

OpenSea is the biggest and more popular NFT marketplace to either collect or sell. I minted 1000 of my alien drawing and other photos and some doodle art I did way back. Some people have a lot of Ethereum and like to buy NFTs. I priced my NFTs on how long it took to create. Can’t auction off on the polygon blockchain, only Ethereum’s, so I can only accept offers on my NFTs. I’ll sell the first one for a dollar. There was some insider trading that happened at OpenSea, but I don’t care that much now that I don’t have any Solana. Listing my blog cover photos for sale as NFTs now, I’m going to accept all offers until they are sold too. I get 5% royalty off every resell of the NFT I created too. So it’s a nice place for artists to post their artwork or photos or just NFTs. One thing my crypto server buds mentioned was that posting NFTs for sale on Facebook, lets people see what Ethereum is and does. I saw an NFT for sale in dollars and maybe my friends and family would want to buy NFTs with dollars but then I don’t really know how that works. Since the price for Ethereum changes my NFTs are low now but may be worth more in the future, and I would still get the royal from a higher resell of my photo or artwork. I have been on a mission to help as many online mint NFTs of their artwork or let me on my account.

Bitcoin & Alt-Coins

Bitcoin is up and down and hard to say where it’ll go with so many variables. I could see a hovering stable price in the $60-65k/coin being the December price high instead of $100,000/coin. Recently a statue of Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto was put up in Budapest, Hungary. I guess some people think it was an actual person that created Bitcoin, but I guess someone did have to write the code. Bitcoin theory of mine is that people holding large amounts have organized into groups and dump once Bitcoin jumps up so far. Basically, I think whales are trying to keep the Bitcoin price as level as possible but also on an upward trend. The only alt-coin worth it is Ethereum. China banned mining bitcoin a few weeks ago, now it’s illegal there but that’s because their society is more controlled and just overall different. China doesn’t even let people play video games for longer than 3 hours, and Americans shouldn’t be caring what China does or says is okay. They don’t make the rules. Twitter now offers payment to people for their tweets, using Bitcoin, I wonder if Facebook starts this for statuses. China has banned Bitcoin many times, but I wonder how much Bitcoin the government of China owns, either from investing or confiscated from criminals. If they decide to sell everything then wonder if other countries follow.

Elon Musk and his tweets!

Elon Musk has found out how much his crypto tweets can affect a coin he is typing about, but why Dogecoin and not Bitcoin? That’s a major deal because as silly as Dogecoin is, Bitcoin is what the whole hype here the past couple of years has been. And Bitcoin & Ethereum aren't going anywhere. Elon mocked the president; I can just see Elon knowing he’s smarter and more intelligent than President Biden and just know he could probably run the country better. Where would crypto be if it was President Musk? Would Dogecoin be considered better than actual Bitcoin? When will Elon let go of Doge? The only hope for Dogecoin is that 5-10 cryptos stick around and it’s one. Because the United States government making a joke meme coin legal tender might not be something that will happen. I might be way wrong but and if you have Bitcoin and Ethereum and want that risk of Dogecoin, then whatever but at least you know it's valuable to have Bitcoin too. I watched the whole release of his microchips in the brain, and it was wild. superBlingus from the musicbanter discord server calls NFTs Elon Musk tokens, “making harmful Elon Musk tokens”, I thought would be funny to share because that’s what I call Dogecoins.

Discord Servers

Remember AOL chat rooms? Discord servers are the new craze, similar to old AOL chatrooms but just more evolved. The Incubator is a cool new server I have been chatting and posting in. At level 6 there and not even sure why it’s called the Incubator, but everyone drops egg emojis everywhere. Plus the members are called “Degens”, I am still new to that server even though. Also now in a second Boxden server, it's a resell, crypto, NFT, and just more focused on reselling items. Musicbanter server has Occult Hawk back now, and I just share stuff there and type back to people. Gary Vee’s discord server is also pretty cool and has the right number of channels and the drawing NFTs he did as icons. The icons are a way to reply and not say anything, a lot of people do that. I have to get a video clip of the icons when he posts something new. It’s called VeeFriends and it’s just another discord, people are wanting everyone to join their personal discord server. I also joined the wallstreetbets reddit group discord server too. Then realized the value of cryptoknights discord server and joined that one, that has a few popular crypto influencers on TikTok on there.

Sports Cards

Starting auctions on eBay doesn’t always end great like you think the card will sell for a large price, but it all depends on the day and at that time. I put 6 auctions going for a week and didn’t get much this week but other weeks I have got fair prices. They talked about sports cards on a recent Joe Rogan episode and the guy said he gave Joe a PSA 10 Dr. Fauci, but it was a Bernie Sanders after looking closely. I stopped buying packs of cards because everything is raw cards and I haven’t sold many at Another Man’s Treasure in Salem, CT. There are 14 graded cards at the store, and I have some here but not a lot anymore. My parents sold the Andy Griffith packs, all 3, bought them in Iowa this summer for $1.25 each and sold all three for $4 here at the store. After thinking about that for so long, I wondered if they were worth more like $10 each because I would bet no one in Connecticut has unopened packs like that. They still have the desert storm packs but those aren't that rare.
