There is no doubt that the market has many sellers/homeowners rethinking the presentation of their home. Adding the extra POP to a home definitly can seperate your home from all other competing homes in the marketplace...and having a buyer leave a series of showings with your home on the mind is definitly a huge PLUS.
So how does one go about setting a house off without investing much money or rebuying furniture for a whole house???? Well most of the homes that POP have a great color scheme and most of the times it is not the PAINT.
It seems most homes with a little reorganization and a little flair can create a "new" color scheme for a house. Recently I was in with buyers to a home that had them capitvated with the use of screens/curtains and color complimented prints for the pillows on the couch. Certainly when we left my buyers were talking about that home. Which is most likely exactly what the seller wanted.
So, if you are looking to take advantage of this market, remember that a little inexpensive color compliment for your home can go a long way to capturing that desired buyer.
