My local CB&TL in Redlands, California has the best barristas in the whole area. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and know my personal taste preferences. I can come in at anytime and I am greeted by name, asked if I want my usual or if I care for something different. Lance Sanchez is the best manager the store has had since it opened. I hope he stays for a long time. He keeps the store running smoothly and has a smile on his face for every customer. He is kind to all even those who just want a cup of water and never makes anyone feel less than the most important person in the world when he serves us. I think our store deserves the #1 CBTL award. I love the coffee and tea and even though I have my own CBTL expresso maker, I still enjoy my daily cup from the coffee shop. It starts my day always in an "UP" way! I like that I can even call in ahead of time and my drink is ready, all I have to do is pay.
