All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Clean the grease can storage area of debris buildup.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. Repair the leak inside the east lowboy cooler. Sanitize and air dry the immersion blender after each use.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Clean the grease buildup off of the salamander, hood and stove backsplash. Clean grease buildup off of the dishmachine interior.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE EAST SANDWICH PREP COOLER HAS A DIRTY DOOR, GASKET AND FAN SHIELD INSIDE WHICH NEEDS TO BE WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. THE LIGHTING ABOVE THE COFFEE ROASTING AREA IS NOT SHIELDED, INSTALL SHEILDING.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. A GAP WAS FOUND IN THE WALL ABOVE THE BACK DOOR, REPAIR THE WALL.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS AT COFFEE SERVICE COUNTER TO REMOVE COFFEE BEANS FROM THE FLOOR. MUST ALSO DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS AT KITCHEN TO REMOVE EXCESS FOOD DEBRIS AND GREASE FROM UNDER ALL HEAVY KITCHEN EQUIPMENT.
