- The mountains in Los Osos are Beautiful(they are so amazing I had to use a capital "B"). If you have a dog, I sugest a nice hike. Espcialy near the "Tear Drop". The "Tear Drop" is a name used by the locals refering to an area of land that fell in an avalance many years ago leaving a mark the shape of a tear drop.
