Neelyville: Community Building in the heart of Neelyville, Missouri Neelyville: Rock found in Little Black River in the 1980's. It was originally thought to be a meteorite. Less than half of the rock was removed from the river. Further investigation proved that it was a counterweight for a dreadging machine that was typically used during the 1930s and 40s.
