Complaint Notes: Discussed with the PIC about the sanitation protocols, the insanitary conditions used at the establishment, and explained the washing hands practice, to eliminate any foodborne illness or cross contaminations through hands contact , no sign of rodents observed or any malpractice or sanitation concerns.
The Business has a written employee's health policy for food-borne illness.
