FOOD ESTABLISHMENT CLOSURE NOTICE ISSUED
Complaint Notes: Discussed with the PIC & manager about the complaint, they expressed some concerns about inadequate hot water temperatures, and some plumbing issues; the cold food items and the hot food items were held at improper temperatures. I went over all restaurant's food preparation procedures and sanitation protocols, and conducted a thorough inspection. I monitored food preparation and food storage procedures. The food establishment was issued a Closure notice.

The Business has a written employee's health policy for food-borne illness.
