IRONICALLY ENOUGH.. IVE BEEN RIDING BY THIS NEW STORE EACH DAY TO GET TO WORK. I HAVE BEEN EXCITED TO FINALLY SUPPORT AS I DO EVERY OTHER NEIGHBORING BUSINESS IN THE U ST CORRIDOR. I WORK AT A BAR ON U ST SO IT'S NATURAL TO SUPPORT. WELL, I HAVE TO SAY MY EXPERIENCE TODAY WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE.
1. WALKED IN TO A RUDE WOMAN WHO DIDNT GREET ME OR ASK IF I NEEDED HELP. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE SO CLEARLY IT WASN'T BUSY!
2. I ASKED HER WHERE THE PROSECCO WAS. HER RESPONSE " YOU DONT SEE IT?"
3. SHE THEN TOLD ME WHAT I SEE IS WHAT THEY HAVE BUT THEN SHOWED ME A BOTTLE IN THE COOLER.
4. SHE THEN HANDED ME CHAMPAGNE, SHE WAS OBLIVIOUS TO THE PRODUCTS. HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE STORE.
5. I ASKED HER ABOUT PRICES SINCE NOTHING HAD PRICE TAGS..SHE TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THE STORE, NONE OF HER CUSTOMERS ASK HER A THOUSAND QUESTIONS AND SHE CALLED ME STUPID.
6. I THEN FOUND MORE PROSSECO MIXED IN WITH CHAMPAGNE WHICH MEANS THE STORE IS POORLY ORGINIZED.
I COULD GO ON BUT THIS IS ALREADY MORE THAN ENOUGH INFO TO RATE THIS STORE AS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I HOPE THEY TREAT THE PEOPLE WHO PAY ALOT OF MANY TO LIVE IN THE BLDG JUST BUILT THERE BECAUSE I WAS SURELY TREATED LIKE TRASH.
