R. David Paulison outlines the reorganization of FEMA at the podium during an all hands meeting at FEMA headquarters. Mr. Paulison takes the new title of Administrator of FEMA. FEMA will consist (on March 31, 2007) of The United States Fire Administration (USFA), The Office of Grants and Training (G&T), The Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Division (CSEP), The Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program (REPP) and the Office of National Capital Region Coordination (NCRC) as mandated by the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Act.
