A flooded cemetery gives evidence of the extent of the flooding that area weather experts are calling the "Flood of the Century." Hurricane Floyd dumped flooding rains throughout the eastern seaboard including eastern North Carolina. Swollen rivers and streams from Hurricane Floyd have driven thousands of people from their homes. They are being aided through the efforts of troops with the Army and Air National Guard, as well as local and federal agencies.
