An employee was observed wiping their hands on their apron.
The cutting boards by the preparation sink were severely scored.
Several dishes above the three compartment sink were stacked wet.

When I saw the picture for firecracker, I couldn't believe that the food would taste as good as it was shown in the picture. I went to the store on Tuesday 20th at 1. I saw the picture of firecracker and I'm like "It's not going to taste that good, but I'll give it a try" When I got it though... It was amazing. 10/10
