    Use plastic sleeve on coffee cup at counter of cafeteria. This protects the surface of the cup from cross contamination by costumers hands.

    Sanitizer must be made available at all times. Sanitizer at the dispenser did not register on the test strip. 200 ppm is required. Eco-Lab is coming out this afternoon.CDI - Went across the street and filled sanitizer bottles at the hospital.

    .The hand wash sink in the kitchen area is slow to drain, as well as, the dump sink in the serving line area.
  • Toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
    All chemicals must be properly labeled, and the contents of the bottle is properly identified. During the inspection came across a spray bottle labeled sanitizer. The contents looked more like orange cleaner. Test strip did not indicate that their was sanitizer in the bottle. Make sure the label matches the contents.

    Cleaning needed on the undersides of work surfaces, inside cabinets, transport carts, underside of mixers, can opener holder, and shelving in both the walk-ins.

    General Comment: Recommend more separation of meats in the walk-in freezer. Noticed during the inspection that chicken was beside raw beef. Recommend a lexan pan to keep meats separated. ex. raw beef in one pan, chicken in another.
