All food contact surfaces need to be clean. Multiple utensils were found needing detailed cleaning. ex knives, can opener, pots and lids were found also needing cleaning
- Single-use/single-service articles properly stored, handled, used
GC- All single service items need to be stored properly. Majority of single service items were stored properly. The hot dog trays(paper) were found stored upright, and a sleeve of cups were stored unprotected.
- Garbage properly handled & disposed; containers properly maintained
GC- Dumpster needs to be properly maintained. Dumpster lid is missing
- Minimal bare hand contact with foods
GC- Need to minimize bare hand contact while preparing food ex. making sandwiches, use utensils or wax paper to handle bread, meat and cheese
- Meets illumination requirements; shielded; lighting & ventilation clean & in good repair
GC- Need to replace all lighting that is out
- Hands clean and properly washed
Need to work on employee handwashing. It was noted during the inspection the employee prepared food, waited on customers, cleaned and was not observed washing hands. Need to get into the habit of washing hands before preparing food.

Non food contact surfaces need to be clean. Detailed cleaning is needed under grill, the grill itself, and around legs

Second prep unit does not hold proper temperature( at or below 45 degrees). All equipment needs to be in good repair. Unit needs to be repaired or replaced. No hazardous food is stored in unit.

Lighting is low throughout the kitchen/prep area. 21-45 f/c at the work surfaces today. All food prep/utensil washing surfaces must have a minimum of 50 f/c at the work surface.

New thermometer needed in large make unit. Existing thermometer is not accurate.

Replace damaged gaskets on all refrigerators/Shelves are rusting inside refrigerators and must be replaced/Replace missing screws for ice machine.
