Have had good service for the most part, but recently our family had the misfortune of getting a certain loud and rude New Yorker type waitress 👺 , her/his name was Cheryl and if you hate the smell cigarettes mixed with an old, loud, rude, and argumentative waitress, THEN MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOU WANT TO AVOID HER SECTION!
My wife and I ordered breakfast and waited 25 minutes before we got it; we wanted scrambled eggs and we got om eggs, HOW DO YOU CONFUSE SCRAMBLED AND OM???
Apparently, it was our fault because she said she wrote it down and we did not order scrambled! She took our plates back with an attitude and later brung them back to our table where she slammed them down in front of us and said she went back and changed our original order (om) to our new choice scram! She left and only returned to give us a bill, we let her know she never brought our toast; and can u believe she said we NEVER ORDERED TOAST!!! We have never had such a rude and useless waitress in our lives!! We told her to forget our toast, it was to late! We asked to see her manager and we were told she was at the bank; we would have stayed if my wife didn't have an appointment; this has never been the case before, we have always enjoyed our breakfast there but if we go back, WE WILL STAY CLEAR OF CHERYL!! PLEASE BE ADVISED!!! REFUSE TO SIT IN HER SECTION!! You will thank me!!!!
