  • Clean glasses, cups, utensils, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner.
  • Observed utensils stored in crevices between equipment/ clever.
  • Critical. Hand wash sink lacking proper hand drying provisions/ front counter.
  • Observed floor and wall junctures not coved SEVERAL COVINGS MISSING and floor junctures in disrepair THROUGHOUT ESTABLISHMENT .
  • Observed EXCESSIVE HOLES on walls throughout establishment ,walls are damaged and in need of repair.
  • Observed wall soiled with accumulated food debris and grease in cooks line WOK STATION and other walls in kitchen.
  • Critical. Observed unlabeled spray bottle back area BLUE SUBSTANCE .
