Observed pizza slices being dispensed by customers from a cabinet with a door that opens toward the customer that allows for potential customer cross contamination when food is being dispensed.
  • Critical. Observed improper horizontal separation of raw animal foods and ready-to-eat foods, case of raw chicken stored directly next to case of pre-washed lettuce with boxes touching in the prep area reach in cooler.
