Good evening,
I just went through the drive through at 23:20. I ordered 6 hot cookies, one large strawberry/banana smoothie and two double cheeseburgers. I asked them to make fresh hot cookies, which take 4 minutes. I was then asked to pull up and wait. There were also four additional cars waiting for their food. I received the cookies, which were cold. I told the girl at the window they were cold and she said they were hot when I ordered them at the window. The smoothie was fine. The cheeseburgers were not in the bag. I then got out of my car and proceeded to the window to let them know they forgot the cheeseburgers. As I was telling the girl at the window that the order was incorrect, the girl listened and started to talk to me. The manager waved her hands and told the girl to shut the window. The manager's expression on her face showed anger. I then saw the manager walking out toward the door. She came outside and was loud and rude to me. She said she had all new employees. She continued to talk to me in a loud aggressive tone. Again, I told her she was being rude. She said, in a louder tone,"I apologize, I have all new employees." She then said very rudely, "Let me see your receipt." I walked back to the car to get the receipt. They did not ring up the cheeseburgers. She walked away and said, "I'll fix it." She came back to the car with the cheeseburgers and told me the price was $3.21 dollars. Again, she was rude. I asked her for the manager. She said, "I am the manager." I said, "I would like to talk to your supervisor." I asked her what her name was. She stated, "Jauncy Williams, and I'll write the number down for you too." Then she said, "I'm going to call him and let him know you're calling." Her tone was completely inappropriate and had a poor attitude. She was very unprofessional. My son heard everything and said, She's a manager?" My son said, "F*** Y**," due to the way she was speaking to me. Then she replied, "You too." This behavior is very unacceptable. Supervisors are held to a higher standard. She may be training employees, however, she needs additional training in management. She represents your company and is doing a poor job.
