Establishment has cooking equipment(stove top, grill top, 2 fryers, oven, hood suppression system) outside in screened area. Owner has worked at establishment for 12 years and establishment has always had same setup. Will need to submit plans since outside enclosed cooking areas are not allowed.
Critical. No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation. Management has taken test waiting for results.
