  • Critical. Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper temperature. Water to be 65-75 degrees, was 96 degrees.
  • Critical. Observed expired Food Manager Certification, N. Patel.
  • Critical. Observed employees provided in-house training not performing their work duties in a manner consistent with the Food Code requirements. Dishwashing employee doesn't use sanitizer section of sink correctly.
