I have nothing nice to say about Park Villas - Fort Worth 76116
Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in! I would think twice about living at this complex.
This company is extremely poorly managed and very greedy. They will cut corners and budgets wherever they feel instead of spending money to properly maintain the property.
If you ask them to fix anything, most likely they don't even repair it right. They do a hack job, then tell you to live with it! .
This complex is a joke. Contacting management is a nightmare, they don't respond to your emails or calls. This place is money hungry and will squeeze out as much money as they can from you.
Washing/drying machines are typically broken. Last weekend when I went to retrieve my laundry, I found the dryer door open. When I looked inside, half of my clothes were gone. Seriously! Who does that??
What concerns me most is that the crime is escalating by leaps and bounds here. I had a police officer tell me that this place is getting extremely bad with gang activity. Unfortunately many people will not realize this until it's too late. If you are the lucky one who reads this first, don't ignore my warning! No one who works at these apartments or for the company that manages them cares about the residents. They do not care if the units are even sufficient to live in.
Save yourself the headache!!
If you want a nice place to live: I would highly suggest looking else where!
