I've looked at 11 Homes in FM, CC, and LA during my last 'Trip' down. 6 showed 'signs' of CDW, in 2, someone had attempted to 'hide' the 'tell tails'. One went so far as to cut back the wires at all Outlets, and Wirenut in new Ground Pigtails.
One admitted to CDW, and offered a $20k discount for it.
One Realtor had the classic 'Deer in the Headlight' look, when, after her 'speach' about all the reconditioning done on a House built in 2007 and never lived in, I asked if I could pull a couple Switch and Outlet Plates off to take a 'look'.
As time goes on, I think more and more are going to attempt going this 'route' of 'hiding' as much as possible and 'hoping' a 'sucker' comes along.
